Simplify: Home Retreat with Tara

Clear away clutter and become the real unbounded you

Align your actions with how you want to feel.

28 Daily Talks, Meditations, and Practice Sessions, Plus Simple Kitchen and Home Creations, and even a Simple Finance Wellbeing Tracker, all to help you clear what’s cluttering and make unlimited creativity real in your life

Whether you have a whole week clear or just some moments in each day, at home or away, you’ll find a foundation here to clear what’s in your way, see a whole new world of unbounded possibility, and become everything you really are. Welcome to simply abundant life.

Clarity. Peace. Inspiration. Boundless Energy. These are a few of the many affects from the profound practice of simplifying.

Simplifying is about slowing down enough so you can listen to what’s happening with you and respond accordingly. From here we have clarity in our actions.

We are so used to racing through our lives, disconnected, busy and barely staying on top of our tasks. It eaves little room for joy, creativity and feeling good. No matter how much we accomplish, when we live in a stress-state, we will never be satisfied, happy and at ease. Simplifying is a choice to listen to yourself, honor your desires, and settle into daily actions that align with your real self.

Each day in this retreat is themed to guide you through lasting transformation, back to your natural state of simplicity, abundance and joy. We begin with a mental reset, move into alignment to gain clarity, rework your relationship with your body, reflect on your personal environment, build a sustainable routine that leads to progress, and celebrate your dedication with a joyful practice.

Next we dive into simplifying your kitchen, aligning your home with how you want to feel, and setting up financial wellbeing practices. This is about getting honest with yourself, your needs, desires and goals through practice and reflection on and off the mat. I’m thrilled for you to dive in and enjoy the power of simplifying.

Personally I’ve been making a shift heavily toward simplifying in the last few years, and the benefits have been mind blowing. I feel satisfied with myself as I work toward progress. I feel more connected to myself and those around me, and have clarity in the choices in my life, big and small.

The world is changing fast and it can be overwhelming to navigate our way while also feeling good. Through the practices in Simplify I’m thrilled to help you feel more connected to you. The magic is inside. Let me know how it goes.

Love, Tara
