What Pictures Should I Use For Online Dating?

I get this question a lot from guys. What pictures should I use for dating online?

This is a pretty touchy subject, because what works for some guys doesn’t work for others. Depending on several factors (like your style, and what kind of women you want to attract), you’ll want to use different pictures.

However, there are several rules that you must abide by if you want to get the maximum amount of response from women.

And I mean positive responses. Not the “Omg, what the hell are you wearing you perv” responses. Those aren’t good ones.

So without further ado, let me get right into it.

1.) Keep your shirt on there, cowboy!

Guys think that they’ll be able to turn on hot chicks just be posting a picture of themselves topless. Usually, they’re taken by crappy cell phone cameras in front of a bathroom mirror. This just doesn’t work on women, guys…

As much as you think this will get the women going, this is proven to not work. Instead of looking like a male model hunk, you look desperate, insecure, an it’s generally seen as a very low-quality move.

2.) Include a profile picture of you sleeping…

Yes, this sounds weird, right? But here’s the deal.

When it comes to online dating, women’s “creepy guy” sensor is off the charts. By showing yourself in a very vulnerable state (ie., when you’re sleeping), you’ll appear much less threatening, and therefore, women will be much more compelled to message you back.

3.) Include a picture of you hanging out with your friends…

This is called social proofing. Basically, you’ll want to convey to women that you have a good social circle. Including yourself in pictures with a bunch of friends is always a good way to tell her that you’re a catch.

4.) Include a picture of beautiful women…

This is called “pre-selection”. Showing that you’re wanted by other hot women makes you hotter to all women. Go figure.

5.) Include a picture of you doing something that’s your passion.

Do you like playing the piano? Enjoying a game of rugby? Remember, you’re trying to obtain girls that are like-minded… and showing yourself off enjoying your passions will tell the piano-haters and rugby-haters to go away.

The pictures you use in your profile will either make or break you. Make sure that all your pictures exude a positive quality about you.

Former Miss USA Can’t Get A Date… So She Tries Online Dating?

Everyone thinks dating in New York is great.

That is, of course, until they actually go to New York to try it.

Sure there’s a lot of stuff to do — an endless amount of activities, museums, places to walk, places to eat, etc. But when it comes to actually trying to find a partner? It can be bloody difficult. Just ask former Miss USA bombshell Nana Meriwether.

“Here’s the thing about dating in New York: It doesn’t exist,” Meriwether said. “There’s so much going on in the city, there are so many distractions, that people just forget to go on a second date.”

Even for a 6 foot tall, beautiful and talented lady, Meriwether says she still gets lonely from time to time. And as a result? She’s turned her head to focus on some other ways to meet men… online!

Yes, you can find the former Miss USA star on Tinder, a somewhat recent social networking and online dating application on iPhones and Androids. Her profile shows a competition photo of herself in a bikini. Oo la la.

Guys on the app have asked her if her profile is even real, to which she replies, “I’m like, ‘Yeah, of course.’ Even pageant-title-holders get lonely.” Guys, you have a chance!

The South African beauty initially joined the online dating scene due to social pressures; “Mostly, I joined because a friend told me to, but I think it could be a great way to meet people, especially in New York City. I think when you’re single, you should try all avenues. And now there are so many new apps for dating — this one is just really fun.”

Tinder, many critics say, is just a glorified sex app. Many pundits claim that it’s just the heterosexual version of an app called “Grindr”, a similar mobile phone application. However, many users have claimed Tinder is an excellent way to find dates nearby.

Has it worked for Miss USA? Not yet… but hopefully she’ll keep us updated. Obviously the exposure she’s gained so far from the media won’t leave her too lonely…

20 Mistakes Men Make While Dating Online

Here are some of the most common mistakes men make while they’re online dating.

You might even be guilty of some of these! See, in the online world, women are relentless. If you even make the slightest mistake, she’ll be clicking the back button faster than you can say, “online dating sucks.”

So without further ado, here are the 20 most common mistakes men make while online dating.

1.) They pick the wrong pictures. Yes, many men pick douchy or very unappealing pictures when they’re dating online. The key here is to pick the right set of pictures that appeals to the most amount of women.

2.) They approach it in the wrong way. It’s not about messaging a bunch of women and seeing who replies. If you want to get the hottest girls only, you need to have a calculated plan.

3.) They don’t read the profile of the women they’re messaging. Women can sense bullshit from a mile away. This is true in real life and on online dating websites. If women get the sense that you’re full of it, they’ll click the back on their browser.

4.) Not formulating the right kind of message. Yes, this is probably the biggest mistake men make while dating online. They don’t write compelling messages.

5.) They mention sex. No, women are not interested in sex with you… yet. If you follow my advice, then you’ll be able to HAVE sex with these women, but you have to approach it in a gentlemanly manner.

6.) They mention sick sex jokes. Hmmm…

7.) Remember proper spelling and grammar! Yes, grammar is an indicator of intelligence. And, in this modern age, women want intelligent men. They aren’t going to want to be with a dude who doesn’t know how to write or spell. So don’t be afraid to run your message through a spell check before you hit the “send” button.

8.) They pick the wrong websites to date at. Here’s a hint: E-Harmony is terrible. Don’t ever date there. Remember that any free online dating website like PoF is also going to be filled with women that aren’t actually serious when it comes to online dating. So you have to take this into consideration before you message them.

9.) They don’t send messages that contain what I like to call “Non-Threatening Cues” — click here to watch my video on what these things are (and learn my patented technique).

10.) They don’t send what I call “Message Bombs”  — again, watch that video if you want to learn what I’m talking about.

11.) Their profile write-ups don’t contain compelling information. If you’re on an online dating website, you need to have information that contains interesting tidbits about yourself, and of course, make yourself seem like an attractive alpha male. There are several ways you can do this.

12.) They don’t make it apparent that you have a lot of friends. Yes, a big part of online dating and online pickup is to make it apparent that you have a strong social circle. Remember, women are attracted to men that have a lot of good friends — so the more you make this apparent, the easier time you’re going to have when picking up girls.

13.) They don’t include their passion in their profile. Remember, you’re a human being with goals and aspirations, but you also have a strong passion or hobby. Convey this in your pictures! If you love playing guitar, then include pictures of you playing the guitar.

14.) They don’t ask for a woman’s phone number at the right time. If you ask for a phone number too early, you’ll seem desperate. If you ask for it too late, she’ll lose interest. You have to monitor her interest rate or online IOI’s and assess when would be the perfect time to turn that online interaction into a real life one.

15.) They lie in their profile. Sooner or later, these lies are going to be found out and you’ll look like a huge loser. Keep it honest and she’ll appreciate it.

16.) When making first real life contact (that is, talking on the phone or going on a date), they don’t use a humorous “disqualifier” right off the bat. Again, watch the video on how I used a special technique to bang over 200+ women online.

17.) They don’t pick the right location for a date. Remember, if you’re the man, you have to make the decisions. So when you pick a venue for a first meet, make sure it’s a venue that’s intimate, but public. Don’t pick a place where she’ll feel creeped out or uncomfortable. No movies.

18.) They advance sexually too quickly. Remember. just because you’re online dating doesn’t mean that you have the green light to have sex on the first date. Take your time to build attraction and then make your move.

19.) They don’t set the pace for the first date. Remember that women can be pretty hesitant on their first date. They don’t know what to expect. You need to know this and set the pace of the date accordingly. You need to first convince them that you aren’t a huge creep before building the right amount of attraction.

20.) They don’t end the date. As a guy, to make sure that you come off as a cool guy that’s attractive, you need to be the one to end the date… and end it on a high note. You need to make it so that you create a proper amount of attraction as you end the date so you leave her wanting more.

How To Pick Up Girls From PoF

If you want to learn how to effectively pick up girls off PoF, you’ve got to arm yourself with what I call “secret weapons.”

Back in the day, when I was single, I used to pull 3-4 numbers off PoF a day. I traveled a lot, so in each and every city I went to, I could get 3-4 messages in a matter of an hour and set up dates that night. This isn’t rocket science. And no, I’m actually not even that good looking.

And I also hate to say it, but the fact that I’m Asian doesn’t help my cause either (girls still think I have a small dick, which I don’t — it’s average). So if you aren’t Asian, then you’ll probably be able to pull these tricks off way better than I can.

And listen — I’ve picked up  so many girls off Plenty of Fish, I’ve pretty much lost count. In fact, during my day of conquering the online dating scene (and I still could if I wanted to), I banged ~200 girls in the span of a few short years. And the gross thing was, I barely even tried. I could’ve probably sacked even more if I wanted to. Now, this art of pick up didn’t come so easily. In fact, I had to send thousands of messages to see what worked and what didn’t work. And what did work, I put into a master list which I’ve compiled in my program.

So first thing’s first… I know I preach this way too much, but you must perfect your profile before you message girls online. Listen, girls are going to click on your profile and read it on PoF. They aren’t just going to blindly answer you back without actually checking out what you look like. So keep this in mind moving forward. Refer to my article on messaging girls online and perfecting your profile before moving forward. In short, no douche bag photos. No try-hard photos. No stupid shirtless poses in front of a mirror (unless you have an amazing physique and all you want to do is just get laid). You’ve got to make sure that your profile is just air tight otherwise you won’t get anywhere. Trust me.

So what are you going to message these girls online? Well, first, you’ve got to know that PoF is a free website. What does this mean for me and you? It means that with free online dating websites, there are going to be a lot of girls on here that just aren’t serious. Yes, playing the online dating game can sometimes just mean that you have to play the numbers game. So you do have to message a lot of girls if you want to get anything meaningful from this.

Now that we got all that stuff out of the way, what are you going to message these girls? Well, you’ve got a few options here. You could…

Use a regular message… Or…
Or use instant chat (my favourite) – Sending a girl an instant message will ensure that you’ll be able to escalate a conversation quickly. That means you get her number faster. That means you get a date quicker. And ultimately, it means that you can get into her pants faster.

But like I said, girls get pelted with messages constantly. In fact, according to a study done by Yale University concluded that on average, attractive women get anywhere from 50-100 messages a day from guys. So, given this information, you have to stand out from the crap that’s out there and message a girl with purpose!

So read her profile. Don’t just skim through it – read through it completely. You never know what kind of interesting stuff you can get out of it. Next, you’re going to have to concoct your message. The first line should always, always, always have something pertaining to her Plenty of Fish profile. So, for example, if she’s obsessed with Justin Bieber and it’s apparent in her profile, then think about saying something that has to do with Justin Bieber. It’s pretty simple, right?

The first sentence usually what I call the “hook” of a message. Just like a good advertising company, your message has to reel a chick in. If it doesn’t, she’s gone before you even press the “send” button.

Second, you have to convey value. That means that you have to imply to her that you’re highly sought after. Maybe say something along the lines of, “So I never really go on here… just love to read all the funny messages I get from teenage pregnant girls.”

This shows to her that you get messages all the time from girls. See, most men never get approached by hot women online (because they’re too busy fending off creepy dudes themselves), so you have to make sure that you convey to her that you aren’t like 99% of the creepy guys online. You’ve got to prove to her that you’re a cool guy with a lot to offer.

Third, you need to add what I like to call an External Bomb. This can range from things like funny YouTube videos, links to funny articles, links to news articles… anything that will grab her attention and make her laugh!

Finally — and this is the most important part of this whole thing… you have to watch my video on how to pick up girls online. In this video, I go over several techniques that I’ve used over the years to help me get laid by hundreds and hundreds of girls. How To Pick Up Girls On Facebook

Learning how to pick up girls on Facebook can be a little… hmmm, frustrating. That is, until now.

The thing is with Facebook is that women aren’t expecting to get picked up. Facebook is, after all, designed mostly to keep in touch with relatives, friends, etc.

It isn’t an online dating website. The first mistake guys make is that they thing it’s an online dating website.

Well, you’re in for a huge surprise if you think of it that way. The way you pick up a girl on a website like Facebook or MySpace is vastly different. You’ve got to approach in such a way that it seems less threatening.

The moment a girl is going to think she’s getting picked up, she’s going to bolt (that is, unless you know her in real life).

Now, there are several ways in which you can pick up girls on Facebook…

1.) The Easiest Way…

I told you Facebook isn’t an online dating website. It isn’t. However, there applications that allow to transform your Facebook profile into an online dating hub. The top 4 online dating applications are…

SpeedDate
Are You Interested?
Zoosk
MatchMaker by Match.com (just search this on Facebook)

What do I recommend? Zoosk seems to have a huge user base, and, after all, you want to be connected to as many people as possible.

If you’re worried about your friends knowing you’re trying to game chicks online, then no worries. There’s a way around this. When you add the application, you can hide it from the rest of your Facebook list so only you can see this application.

If you’re single, this is a win-win situation!

Once you add this application, then you can approach picking up girls like you would any other online dating website.

2.) The Cold Facebook Pickup

This is the hardest way to pick up girls online. Trying to pick up a girl on Facebook that you’ve never even met before is tough… in fact, even the most experienced pick up artists can’t do this on a regular basis.

First, you’ve got to make sure that you set up your profile perfectly. That means having a slew of attractive pictures that are visible to everyone. Make yourself look like you have a ton of friends and that you’re fun. Then, I give you the green light to start messaging girls.

This is going to be a number game. There are girls that just aren’t receptive to being picked up at all… why? Because they have boyfriends. They hate the idea of online dating. They hate the idea of a dude messaging them whom they’ve never met.

Sometimes, these girls are simply privacy nuts.

So you’ve got to accept that, for the most part, these girls are going to ignore you. That’s fine. You win some, you lose some, right?

The trick is to message these girls with a purpose. You can’t simply just message a girl saying, “Hey, what’s up?” – This will work maybe 1 in a 100 times. You’ve got to say something that will intrigue her, and that will compel her to reply. At the same time, you also have to have a non-threatening cue. Meaning, you need to make it apparent, right off the bat, that you aren’t trying to pick her up.

You can do this through a number of ways, but the best way to do this is pretend you know her. Say something like…

“Hey, were at Maggie’s birthday party last week? I think I may have accidentally spilled a bit of beer on your dress!”

Or maybe something like…

“Hey, are you Stephanie’s friend? Thanks are you still interested in that date? Haha!”

These will surely get a conversation going, at the very least.

Once you open, you have to continue being intriguing but not sexual. Remember, you aren’t picking her up in that sense, you want to open and get her phone number ASAP so you can start talking on the phone.

How To Message Girls On Online Dating Websites

So you want to learn how to message girls on online dating websites? The fact is, on online dating websites and social networking sites, attractive girls get pelted with e-mails and messages. It’s like, all of a sudden, every hot girl turns into Angelina Jolie… a hundreds of pathetic guys put them on top of huge pedestals (only to get friend zoned or ignored).

The truth is, over 85% of messages get ignored by hot women. Why? I’ll tell you why.

It’s because over 90% of those messages suck. And, secondly, it’s because guys have absolutely no idea how to make an attractive profile on websites like Match.com, for instance.

Listen, if you want more attractive girls responding to your messages, then you really have to learn how to message girls online. Properly.

I’m also going to tell you things that they do incorrectly.

1.) They don’t set up their profile properly.

You absolutely have to do this first before you go on a messaging tirade. See, you think girls are just going to ignore your message when they receive it? Make sure your profile have attractive photographs of yourself and make sure your writeup is compelling and interesting. If you have no idea how to do this, then you’ve got to watch this video by myself — in it, I go over exactly what you need to do in order to message girls online and pull up to 3-4 dates a week!

Remember, messaging girls is going to have to start with making a magnetic profile.

2.) Their messages don’t contain compelling content.

You need to grab her attention by the balls. Grasp and don’t let go until she replies! You’ve got to use a few tactics I call “psychological mind thrillers” – these are little tiny snippets that will get her emotions going and force her to reply!

So here’s a quick little tip: read her goddamn profile! Dude, you aren’t going to capture her attention if you don’t even bother reading her profile. Pick out something that interests you and use this as ammo. But you have to make sure that you know you’re using this ammo properly. Refer to my online pick up video on how to do this.

3.) You need to have a call to action!

A perfectly well crafted first message is absolutely nothing without a really good call to action.

What is a call to action? It’s something that compels her to reply. Or, alternatively, makes her want to respond to your message. A great call to action is having a question in your message. Ask her something that is along the lines of her profile. For example, if she says that ballet is a huge thing for her, then say something like, “So how good are you at doing a Pirouette? I bet I could out ballet you any day.”

4.) Your message needs to be short but COMPLETE.

Like every story has a good beginning, middle, and end, your message also needs to have this. However, unlike most stories, your message has to be short.

Picture yourself as a really hot girl for a moment (let’s not get too carried away with this). Now picture your online dating inbox. Got it? Right. Remember, some girls out there get pelted with 50-100 messages a day from desperate men. Do you think she has got time to read to through every single one? Absolutely not. She’s probably going to skim subjects. Look at dude’s profiles and delete a ton.

So you have to have a hook, a body, and an ending. This is the formula for your success.

A good hook is what I said about in #2 – say something compelling. The body contains information that will make her feel more comfortable talking to you, and remove any possibility of her thinking you’re one of those desperate or creepy guys. One thing I like to do is “neg” her in the body, but not too harshly. A neg is an underhanded comment about her – so pick out something light and funny in her profile and make fun of it.

Finally, you need to have an ending. Again, call to actions are necessary, but alternatively, you can just leave a good old cliffhanger.

So you might not even have to ask a question if you don’t need to. You can just end it with something mysterious. For example, if she lists something like “Backstreet Boys” as an interest, you can end your online message with “I see that you like BB. You would have totally died if you knew what I was doing last week then.”
