If you didn’t witness what has to be a contender for MMA’s Fight of Year when Roufusport’s Paul “The Irish Dragon” Felder battled Dan Hooker for five action packed rounds in the Main Event of UFC Fight Night 168 Felder vs. Hooker from the Spark Arena, February 22nd, in Auckland, New Zealand, you truly missed out.

This Flashback Pad Session was originally filmed at Roufusport MMA Headquarters January 7, 2020, on a typical ice cold winter night in Milwaukee, WI, but as you’ll see, Head Coach Duke Roufus and Paul were definitely heating things up as they worked on their game plan for Hooker.

From the start it’s easy to pick up on the intensity of this camp as Duke puts Paul not only through the paces, but through the fire in preparation to go up against a very formidable opponent.

Every second of this training camp was very explosive right up to the moment Paul and team walked out to the famed UFC Octagon as Bruce Springsteen’s iconic “Born in the USA” blared from the Spark Arena’s thundering sound system.

All who saw the fight know who got the slim split decision from the judges (but We All Know Who Really Won…).
